Guys,
Just went through the process of changing home
owner's insurance coverage.
I was insistant in getting in writing that the
towers are covered before paying any money.
Here is the text of the written statement:
"As we discussed the radio towers are covered as
an other structure under our HomeOwners policy."
This was from Erie Insurance.
Interesting note, county (our only taxing entity)
does not consider towers to be structures for tax
purposes and are not considered in tax evaluation
of property.
