Hi , I am putting up a 2el phased vertical groundplane. question :should
the radials be isolated from ground or grounded at the mast supporting
the verticals? Next question : the verticals are 38 ft tall, and use
wires for a capacitive top hat. what is the trade off in using 4 wires
vs 2 wires. In the 2 wire case they are 28 ft long and I can reach them
from a ladder to tune , with 2 wires they are 20 ft long and must take
the ant down to adjust. Tnx Art
