Old garden hose is another option.  It splits easy and your old hose may be
worth than a new replacement.  It seems to be quite waterproof, and holds
water in the low spots.  If you want them OSHA Orange for safety, the paint
can be found at most good hardware stores.  Use a jig to hold a Stanely with
the blade through the hose and pull it through.  Just one side now.  Cheap,
capable resource for old hoses.
