Actually only the nuts are ?overtapped after galvanizing? and the bolt are
standard thread. The issue of strength is determined by the type of the bolt.
Normal tower bolts are A325 or Grade 5. Most hardware stores will sell you
A307s which are much weaker. Check your tower specs and use the appropriate
bolts and avoid foreign made bolts. Again, the over tapping has no effect on
the strength of the bolt.
