I am passing along the following message from Bob Greeth, G4HFQ, for
general interest. The documentation for the polar plot program can be
downloaded from Bob's site, in case anyone would wish to have further
information on the program. I do not have the program and therefore
cannot comment on its capabilities or limitations, but I thought the
information interesting.

Subject: A program to measure the polar diagram of a beam antenna
Hello,
My name is Bob Freeth (G4HFQ). I have just completed development of a
program to measure the polar diagram of a beam antenna in its installed
location which uses nothing more than an audo connection between receiver
and the sound card of a standard PC.
The concept was conceived by Bill Sykes (G2HCG) and the program was written
by me. It runs on Windows 95/98/NT.
If you feel this may be of interest generally and would like to look into it
further please let me know.
