Fair size piece about it in today's Baltimore Sun
(
http://www.sunspot.net/cgi-bin/editorial/story.cgi?section=cover&storyid=115
0160220761) .
Some of them are 1200 footers, some are 300 footers. Been a landmark,
nav aid and home to Osprey's forever. There was a piece in yesterday's Sun
about the man that's been maintaining them, climbing about daily. nice job.
Yea, that progress all right..

Subject: [TowerTalk] Big Towers Down
I am wondering if anyone else saw those big beautiful government towers
being dropped with explosives. This was on CNN. They said they had been
up since WWI. Is this really progress?
