I think tuner losses are being exaggerated here, tuners have only
small resistance's and almost all reactance which are loss less.
I have never heard of a blower or fan cooled tuner, even a
50,000 watt tuner (50 Ohms in and 100 or 200 Ohms out) at .545 - 1,600
mHz with a reactive antenna (under 90 degrees) do not run hot or need cooling.
I never heard of one.
