I'd like to find a reliable lightning detector
that I could hook up to a home automation system
so it could alert me to disconnect the antennas
and other lines when a lightning storm is in the vicinity.
It would have to have something like a contact closure - audible
alarms are not what I need.
Say about 30 - 50 mile range.
I have seen adverts for several but don't know
which are the good ones.
Please your suggestions or experiences with these devices.
