Sonotube looks like an over grown paper towel tube and comes in various
lengths and diameters. It is used as a concrete form.
If you have ever seen a round bridge pillar with a spiral marking on it,
theres a good chance that the form was sonotube. When the concrete is
cured you tear the sonotube off of the concrete.
