There was a review of the 61 in the North East VHF Club newletter
for Jan 2000. You can see it at -

and click on Jan 2000. I have two of the PST-51 rotors and think
they're great. Very well made, they look more like industrial
equipment than a ham rotor. In fact, I would guess they're made
from commercial drive train components. There was a wait when
I got the first one. When I got the second one, I called Joel
at First Call on a thurs and was told he had one in stock. I
got it the following Monday so I think the stocking situation
is better now at least in the US.
I have no experience with the "C" box but the "A" works fine
for me.
