Tom,
Use a length of PVC pipe long enough to reach across the driveway. Put a
hose fitting on one end(available with the PVC at the home improvement
store). Put a cap on the other end of the PVC in which you have drilled a
hole of 1/8" diameter. Be sure to glue the cap on wath primer and PVC cement
. The small hole gives you a high pressure and the tubing will slide
smoothly across the driveway and as was suggested by one of the other guys
can be used to hold the coax.
Have used this scheme many times for irrigattion systems and even a flexible
natural gas line replacement.
