Bolts ARE to be torque with light lube oil applied to threads!

Hi guys,

I need the torque specs for grade 3 & 5 nickel plated steel bolts
from 1/4" through 3/4", with 1/16 steps in between, for dry and with 
anti-seize.

Can anyone send them to me or tell me where I can find them on the net?
