I investigated this approach. I could not find any balloons that will handle
more than a ten mph wind. I can pretty much expect 50 mph winds to come up
at some point during the week. They tend to come on pretty suddenly too. I
know this is pretty high wind to be expecting, but I thought that I would be
in OK shape because I would not have the 10-15 square feet of antenna at the
top of the tower that the 25G towers seem to be designed for.
