I double-checked and that is the diameter over the dielectric. The
O.D. wasn't listed on the sheet I found, but ~.75 or so sounds about
right. I have seen it before and recall it is pretty big stuff (the
term 'flexible' doesn't quite seem appropriate). I don't remember what
material was used for the dielectric.
