I use the Panduit PLT4H-L0 cable ties and I've had no failures.  These are
about 5/16" wide are are great for the heavier cables.

I spoke with Panduit about feedline/tower applications. They have a
product (PLT series) that has a 7-10 year life and "good" UV protection.
The 9.8 inch version (PLT3S-M0) is $0.13/each, in 1,000 qtys. Anyone
have experience with this wrap?
