    It depends. What kind of tower is it? Does it have positive pull-down? 
Does it have a motor drive?

    You gotta ask UST that one. While the cables are common 7x19 cable and 
Nicopress swages, the lengths are precise. The thing to do would be to remove 
a cable, make the new one based on its length, and then install the new one. 
Or buy them pre-made from UST.

    This begs the question: Why do you think you want to replace the cables?
