You will have a difficult time finding those terms in engineering text
because they are general jargon or builder's slang, rather than
actual "systems or methods" with some particular engineering
advantage.
The term "voltage fed" is normally used when a radiator is fed at or
near the voltage maximum, and "current fed" when a radiator is fed
at or near a current maximum.
If the antenna itself isn't changed, and if the antenna has only one
current maxima, changing or moving the feedpoint does not change
the pattern or efficiency of the antenna. Moving the feedpoint
around is mostly a matter of what the feedline sees, unless the
antenna has more than one current maxima.
Folklore and advertising departments often attribute untrue
efficiency advantages to voltage or elevated feeds.
