You should use as many radials as possible.
They must connect to the tower.
The feedlines and control cables must exit at ground level.
The guy lines must be insulated.
The coax shield can connect to the tower, since the base of the
tower is grounded to the radials.
Make one common ground point at the tower base for everything, if
you can.
