One word of caution -

Most Insurance Companies take multiple (small) claims as
a red flag, and may raise your homeowners insurance premiums,
refuse to renew your coverage, or most drastically, canc-l your
coverage.

I recommend NOT taking the lowest deductable, but going up
a step or two, which saves money on your premium.  Essentially,
you 'self insure' for the small stuff but are still covered for more
catastrophic events.
