It is optimized for the frequency you are operating. It re-adjusts while you
are tuning the band. You should have the controller connected to the rig. If
not you have to press a button. I do not have a personal interest in the
company and I do not know the details of the antenna. I am just a user.

What's the advantage of this antenna?  Is it any more than the fact that it
provides a good match
(ie low SWR) across the whole band?
