Hi Tom,

I purchased mine from Sears years ago...a "standard" hard hat
equipped with a removable head liner.  I don't think it came with a
chin strap....made one with some rugged strap material found at Walmart
and Velcro fasteners.

A head liner is oh so nice on less than perfect cold days and the chin
strap is, IMHO, an absolute necessity when working on a tower
while wearing a hard hat.
