[Towertalk] Rohn 25 installation question

Taking the advice of the group, I got hold of the new Rohn catalog. I found
the drawings for a guyed 40'er, and am now looking for the detail of the
guy blocks/anchors.  I looked all over for details on block #4A and don't find
it. I'm looking for dimensions of the block and the depth of the hole.
