That's what mine was, only it corrupted by weather.  I have used a simple RF
choke and 10m doesn't work hardly at all.  Resonance is about channel 19 on
CB without the gimmick coil.  15 and 20m works great.

But it is coming down as soon as the weather gets nice and school allows and
a Force 12 C3E is replacing it.
