K9AY is Gary Breed, a nice fellow who lives just a few miles from my 
house. Gary designed the K9AY receiving loops -- a very nice low-band 
receiving antenna that is relatively small and easily reversible. The 
K9AY loop is electrically similar to the flag or pennant antenna.
