All, I had actually thought that one reason for the twists in VHF / UHF twin lead was an effort to minimize coupling of the feedline to the masts and other nearby objects so as to reduce minor balance and phase discontinuities and thereby reduce the tendency for ghosts. John Petrich, W7FU |
