Thanks for all the comments. I'm well aware of nickel and silver PL-259s,
and always use the silver. However, I just hadn't noticed SO-239s browning
like these have, where uncovered. Maybe I've always had cheap stuff before
that didn't tarnish/burnish! HI
Best suggestion was using wine bottle corks to protect - and enjoy
collecting them in the meantime!
