IMHO, it is better to avoid the situation than have to get out of it.
Eight years ago in looking for a new QTH, I researched the potential QTHs
for CCRs and selected a semi rural area with no CCRs. I have yet to
comprehend the logic of buying the QTH and then finding out towers are
forbidden. Always be an informed consumer.
