This was quoted recently (without apparently, the writer's explicit permission): <<...the bill would allow 95 feet WITHOUT a variance hearing.>> Did I miss something? This quote seems to suggest that the NY bill will require that ALL towers (at or below 95 feet) be granted building permits regardless. Even those proposed on 80'X100' lots? Mike N2MG |
