[Towertalk] Crank up tower & grounding

I have an Aluma crankup and the sections ride on
plastic sleeve guides. It seems to me that each section
should be grounded with a jumper to next section or
there could be a high potential between sections an
ground on base section. I ask for ur combined wisdon
and experience on the subject.
