That is ABSOLUTELY wrong!
You MUST use HEAVY DUTY thimbles when terminating cable grips to just
about anything except fittings that are specifically designed to be
directly attached to a grip (such as some ground anchor rods)

Loop the big grip on the lower end of the philly through the big grip
on the upper end of the ehs. Nothing else needed.
