Properly tensioned guys in typical amateur radio applications have very
little sag.
Since it's the end of the outer element that is the guy-wire-snagging
culprit, I will bend the end of the guilty element down and out of the way
and - voila! - now you have plenty of clearance. Bend it gently so you don't
kink it and you'll be good to go.
This technique also works for when your element ends extend over your
property line.
