A 70 ft high Inverted Vee suffers from near field ground losses
due to the ends being closer to the ground so a FLAT dipole
'should be' a more efficient radiator.
A vertically polarized Delta Loop might be a useful supplement
to your system. There are times when horizontal polarization
is better and other times when vertical polarization is better.
It is good to have BOTH.
