I would like to develop some gain on 80M. I have the ability to put up two
shortened verticals (such as HF2Vs) and phase them. The spacing would not
be optimum (1/4 or 1/2 wl) but rather a compromise dictated by where I can
hide the verticals. I assume I'll need to fiddle a little with the phasing
lines to get a reasonable pattern since the spacing will not be optimal.
My questions are:
Any suggestions as far as whose "box" to use. Both Array Solutions and
ComTec have a box that will work. Comtec's is much cheaper, but is there a
compromise?
Any articles or resources for 2 element arrays? I see lots for 4 squares,
but not much at all for 2 element arrays.
