I, too, had good service. Two weeks ago I sent an e-mail to
Force12e@lightlink.com and got an immediate response from Natan. I
mentioned that the boom to mast mounting plate was slipping and the boom was
turning on the mast. I didn't want to drill the mast and run a bolt through
it to secure the boom. He cautioned me not to torque down too much on the
mast. Within 2 or 3 days a box arrived at the house with a new
boom-to-mast mounting plate drilled for 4 U-bolts and he included the two
additional U-bolts.
