It might give you some idea on how to deal with this problem.
Not having Personal experience with a CDE rotator (just general experience),
I hesitate to guess if its mechanical. A company called Rotordoc -
www.rotordoc.com or Norm's Rotor Service
http://users.erols.com/shiacawn/rotors/ can repair your rotator if it is
mechanical.
