Go to Home Depot or Lowe's and get a couple of Simpson Strong-Ties, TP35,
(Home Depot # 44315 83210).  It's a 3"x5"x1/32" plate with a bunch of holes
in it.

I used three of them on my rotator and mast to shim out the mast to the
centerline of the rotator in the mast clamp.

Get two more than you think you need.  They are cheaper than the cost of the
drive to/from HD.  I also used a bench vice to pre-bend them before trying
to fit them in the rotator clamp with the mast.
