[TowerTalk] copper wire with Kevlar core

On Discovery channel, they showed Lighting research and shooting rockets
trailing a thin copper wire with a Kevlar core into storm clouds.
 The resulting lightning bolt did vaporize the wire.

But do you think the wire would make good antenna wire???

Who makes it and is it cost effective?
