I do not have first hand experience on this tower so can't answer
completely. It will fit in Rohn 25 which looks like about the same face size
as your top section on the TX-472.  Our rotor doesn't have a bell housing
like the T2X but it does have the motor that sticks out to the side. I'd be
almost certain it would fit inside, but the motor might have to positioned
between braces and might prevent complete retraction.  This is only a guess
at this stage.  If you are at Dayton, stop by and maybe we can find a TX 472
on display and try it!  We actually did that last year for Rohn 25 since
that was such a common question. Rohn and US tower are not very common up
here in Alberta.
