[TowerTalk] 40m add- on spikes question

I am curious about the design of the 40m add on spikes attached to the driven 
elements of some tribanders.
Do  they use  20m parallel traps, ie coil and capcitor , or are they "Lattin 
traps" ie simply a loading coil which acts as an rf choke to keep the 20m 
energy out of the spike?
