This action is authorized under PL 106-521. The federal law allows local municipalities to make and enforce regulations pertaining to UNLICENSED radio services. Hams are obviously exempted. The law was designed to combat the illegal use of, and interference caused by, illegal CB amplifiers. 73, Roger |
