For chimney straps, probably "nobody," or certainly nobody I've ever found.
I'd find chimney straps having large brackets with enough metal area to
re-drill for 2" U-bolts, to accommodate a 2" mast, if that's what you have.

Remember chimneys were designed to exhaust smoke and not support
