The humidity of that air is probably not sufficiently low to prevent 
condensation within your feedline when the outside temperature is 
very low.  You must reduce the "dew point" of that air safely below 
the outside temperature.  An ordinary room air-conditioner won't do 
this.  In industrial supply catalogs you'll find driers that will.  I 
don't know what they cost.
