    During installation, the Preformed grips can be taken off twice which 
means they can be put on three times. The problem is that each time you take 
them 
off, some of the grit inside comes off and since the grit provides about 40% 
of the gripping power, the grip becomes less effective. 

    After three months of being installed, they cannot be reused.

    Just like you installed them - by hand. A flatblade screwdriver will help 
get them started, then unwrap them by hand.
