[TowerTalk] 80M rotatable di-pole

I'm all hot to build a 80M rotatable di-pole with coil loadings. I can do 
the engineering for the elements, but was looking for plans for the loading 
parts. I'm hoping for something like a bigger brother to the CushCraft 40m 
beam elements, coils and a cap hat configuration.

Any ideas out there?
