Well, Here goes my $.02 and a shot in the dark,,

Why don't you give the fella that give of his own FREE time and energy
to make the place you just posted your inquiry about a positioning belt
a shot at a sale????

http://www.championradio.com/safety.html

I just got my full harness belt from steve about 2 weeks ago and have been
using it in good faith since,, let's say i've put about 7000' on the belt
since new.
Up and down a "few" 100-200' towers , etc.

The price was right, the service was quick and fast, and the belt works great.
I also got two new layards for safey ropes at the same time. I also use a
lineman's
belt in some places where I'm not going up about 60-70' and i'm on a
triangluar tower.

Give steve a call, he can help you

I am in need of a replacement positioning belt (the belt that goes around
the tower that you lean back on so that you can work hands-free). Any
suggestions as to a good source (best product, price, availibility, etc.).

I talked to someone at Glenn Martin. They recommended a one-inch
single-strap nylon type. I want somethong more "substantial." The one I am
replacing is about 2" and is made up of multiple-layers. With all due
respect, I don't think I would have too much confidence in a single 1" nylon
strap.

Thanks,

Cliff
