Thank you everyone who clued me in on how to align my beam to true North. To
make the calculation a little easier, I wrote a little Visual Basic program
that you are welcome to download from the following URL:

It's no big deal to do this calculation by hand, but a little easier to just
plug the numbers in and let the program do the work.
