Well you'd better believe it Jim. An Alfaspid has been turning a full sized
3 element 40m yagi at 120' for just about 2 years now at VE6JY's qth. Thats
one full Canadian winter and just about half of another one. Don also has 3
more of them turning 5 and 6 element 20m long boom yagis with no problems.

Cant get a much simpler setup, 12v operation, let the controller worry about
the stop limits instead of switchs up in the rotor, only 4 wire needed to
control it, etc.... Its all there on the website.

I was so impressed with them at Don's that I bought one this fall and put it
up at my qth. I have no reservations about how they will stand up after
seeing them in use at VE6JY.
