That's a no-brainer. WX7M in Wellington, NV, has a 16 element monoband 20M
yagi on a 280' boom. It is fixed on Europe at 50'. It is made from 4" irrigation
pipe and 6 military surplus tubuar towers. Calculated gain is something over
19dbi.


He has similar fixed long-boom arrays on 6 and 2 meters.

Actually, I should have used the past tense. The 16 element array was damaged
and the 6 and 2 meter arrays wiped out in a 130 mph wind storm last December
that affected many of us in Northern Nevada.
