    Uh oh. Does that mean the tower itself? You could be in trouble with that 
interpretation.

    Normally what they want is to have a PE sign off on the base design as 
well as doing and certifying the the tower calcs and is capable of handling the 
proposed load and conditions. 

    Try Karl Tashjian at Tri-Ex. He's been designing crank-ups and stamping
