Hello T-T'ers...

A few years ago, I acquired what appears to be a remote
antenna switch - at least the portion of it which actually
does the switching of the coax cables. I'm guessing that it
was made by R.L. Drake Company.

It is housed in a plastic case which measures 4-5/8" high
by 6-1/8" wide by 7-1/8" deep. It appears to be a 5-pos.
antenna switch and has 6 SO-239 type connectors on it,
as well as an 8-screw terminal strip (actually, 2 4-screw
terminal strips mounted side-by-side) and has a stamp
on it that appears to say "RLD 009 QC."

The motor-driven rotary switch has 2 sections; one for
the RF switching between the various connectors, which
is a ceramic section, and the other section being phenolic
and is evidently used for switching on and off indicator
lights (this is my guess) to tell which antenna is currently
being used.

Does anyone have any experience with these units? I am
wondering what voltage the motor runs on and assume
that the motor is AC-operated. The motor appears to be
connected to terminals #7 and #8, with terminal #8 also
being grounded.

Any info on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
